- All baked goods are made fresh to order.
- Orders must be placed through our website or directly at our pickup location.
- Orders are confirmed only after payment is received.
Pickup Policy
- All orders are pickup only at:
📍 69 Evergreen Ave, Franklin, NH - Pickup days are Fridays & Saturdays.
- Customers must select a pickup time during checkout.
- Please arrive on time for your pickup to ensure product freshness.
Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup day for a full refund.
- Orders canceled after this period may not be eligible for a refund, as ingredients and baking may already be in progress.
Refunds & Returns
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.
- Refunds may be granted if:
- You received the wrong item.
- An item was missing from your order.
- A product was defective or damaged before pickup.
- Please contact us within 24 hours of pickup if there is an issue with your order.
Allergies & Dietary Information
- All products are baked in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy.
- We cannot guarantee that products are free from cross-contamination. Customers with severe allergies should use discretion before ordering.
