At Aunty May’s Bakery, everything is made fresh in small batches. Because our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been picked up. Please review our policy below.
Returns
- All baked goods are final sale and cannot be returned once they leave our pickup location.
- For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on food items.
Refunds & Order Issues
We want you to be happy with your order! If there is an issue with your baked goods (such as an incorrect item or quality concern), please contact us right away:

Refunds may be offered in the following cases:
- You received the wrong item.
- An item was missing from your order.
- A product was defective or damaged before pickup.
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Sale Items
Sale or promotional items are also final sale and are not eligible for refunds
Exchanges
Because our products are perishable, exchanges are not available. If you experience an issue with your order, please reach out and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled up until 24 hours before your scheduled pickup day. After that time, ingredients and baking may already be in progress and cancellations cannot be refunded.
