Q: Where do you bake your products?
A: All of our baked goods are prepared in our home kitchen in Franklin, NH. We operate under New Hampshire’s cottage food laws, which allow us to sell homemade products directly to customers.

Q: What days can I pick up my order?
A: Pickup is available on Fridays & Saturdays. You’ll choose a pickup time during checkout.
Q: Do you offer shipping or delivery?
A: No — we are only able to offer local pickup at our Franklin, NH location.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Because our products are homemade and perishable, all sales are final once picked up. If there’s an issue with your order (wrong item, missing item, or product concern), please contact us within 24 hours of pickup and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Q: Can I cancel an order?
A: Yes. Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before your pickup day for a full refund. After that time, cancellations are not guaranteed since baking may already be in progress.
Q: Are your products safe for people with allergies?
A: Our home kitchen uses common ingredients such as wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, and soy. While we take care in preparation, we cannot guarantee allergen-free products. Customers with severe allergies should use discretion.
Q: Will my information be shared?
A: No. We only collect the information needed to process your order and contact you if necessary. We do not sell or rent personal information.
